Please note that the following periods have minimum nights required:

• 9-11 Oct, 2 night min.
• 24-25 Dec, 2 night min.
• 4-11 Mar, 3 night min.
• 8-11 Apr, 2 night min.
• 28-30 May, 2 night min.
• 2-4 July, 2 night min.
• 3-5 Sept, 2 night min
  

There is a 72hr (3 day) cancellation policy for refund of deposit. A $10 fee for credit card processing and paperwork is retained

All spring break reservations will require a $200.00/ room damage deposit.
